Shipping policy

At VapeShip, we are committed to ensuring your products arrive quickly and securely, adhering to all necessary provincial regulations for age-restricted products.

 

Age Verification and Delivery

 

  • We ship all online orders via Canada Post's "Proof of Age" option.

  • In accordance with provincial laws (including Ontario's 19+ requirement), identification proving the recipient is 19 years of age or older will be necessary upon acceptance of your shipment.

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your nearest Canada Post office for pickup, where age verification will be conducted.

⚠️ Important: Any packages returned to CVape because the required proof of age was not provided will be subject to an 80% restocking fee.

 

Shipping Carriers and Coverage

 

  • We only ship to addresses within Canada by Canada Post in default.

  • UPS or Purolator is an alternative option if Canada Post service is unavailable (e.g., due to a strike) or undeliverable.

 

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

 

  • Shipping starts at $9.00 per order. The final price will be higher depending on the province you are shipping to.

  • Enjoy Free Shipping when your purchase is over $300.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

 

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 AM EST will be shipped the same business day.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders received before 5:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

  • Holiday Season: During the holiday season, all orders may take 1 to 2 days to be processed or shipped after payment has been confirmed (not when the order is placed).

  • Due to liability and the need for reliable tracking, confirmation, and insurance solutions, we primarily use Xpresspost.

  • Please note: If you are in a remote area (as defined by Canada Post), additional time might be added beyond the estimated delivery time.

  • Large Orders: If your order is extremely large in volume or weight, or is a wholesale order, we reserve the right to ship via an expedited service.

 

Out-of-Stock Products

 

  • We do not allow customers to order products that are out of stock. We cannot control the time required for wholesale production and import.
